Yes the top link are the "Ge daylight" ones that are good for vegg.
And the bottom link are the "ge soft white" ones that are good for flowering.

im very sorry to complicate the matter but i believe your wording of the bulbs is incorrect, its true that flowering bulbs are 2700k or lower, but these are not labeled "soft white" they are known as "warm white", the "soft white" refers to the neutral color around 3500k-4000k used in the home, though these can still be used for growing it is not the best spectrum that the warm white 2700k puts out, i hope these links help, 23/27K Spiral - 23/27 Spiral 23/50K Spiral - 23/50 Spiral

ghostofduke Reviewed by ghostofduke on 03-08-2007. pix need some advice so this guy is hopefully going to get big pretty soon, he is about six inches, it sprouted about 3-4 weeks im concerned with a few things although, i noticed the bottom of the main stem is kinda smaller then the rest. so what i did was leaned it agains a stick and threw some more dirt over it for support, if someone has any ideas why im open for an opion. im also hoping if anyone could identify if it is a sativa or indgo plant, i am going to try and get more photos of the surroundings, Rating: 5
