pix need some advice

thanks alot. . .i got a question about this HPS bulb. . . it looks kinda "heavy duity" do you think this thing is going to run up my electric bill being on for 12 hours a day?? my friend has this at his house (the place my plant and is) mini green house and was thinking we soould make it a mini veggie room. it has three shelfs and is approx. 5' hight at its highest point with a kinda ^ shaped top(im sure u know wut i mean), and basicly all the same mesurment u said it should be. and of course it is all clear plastic sourrounding it i was thinking about cutting holes in it and putting flc bulbs right in it. . .is that a good idea??. . .ill try to get some pix of it so maybe u can give me some ideas.

Yes, it will definitely put your electric bill up, depending on how much you pay per KWH, it could be from 15-30 a month.

hey inspectah.. also dont handle the hps bulb with your bare hands.. the oils from your fingers will get on the bulb.. then while the bulb is on the oils could heat up and cause the bulb to explode...

yes thanks alot for looking out, i seen a video about it on youtube.com "how to grow green" a very educational video. i just cant till im ready to use it!! its just gonna be collecting dust for now though. i want to thank anyone and everyone who helps me on my quest.

yes most deff rootdoctor im gonna try and get some pix of the setup tomrrow or somthing. . .i planted a new seed today, it was probly from some mid grade weed, hopefully i can make the best of it lol

okayyy so heres whats up, , ,number 1 is the replacement of streched plant, its looking so much better since b4 i used the cfls, plant 2 i noticed that the leaves are kinda curling under, i know its probly something stupid im hoping some one could tell me about that. plant 3 is looking good to my standards. . .and plant 4 has really thick leaves, im thinking it is indica dominate. the 5th pic is of the closet and my setup, the light on the floor is basiclyy for heat, im finally gettin a fan tomrrow i really need one.

very nice.. keep those cfl's nice and close.. aim the fan to rotate on the plants and it will have a triple purpose.. thicken/strengthen the stems .. keep the heat under control (enables you to get the cfl's really close without burning).. and circulate stale air..

thanks bro, the fan that i am going to be using is a small window fan (it dosent rotate) and from wut my boy said its a powerful little fan. we were talking about putting it on the top of the closet and letting it blow down mon the plants on its lowest setting, im sure it will improve the air circulation throughout the closet
