Your best bet is to use The daylight blueish spectrum ones for veg , or a mix of both during veg. Maryjane likes alot of blueish spectrum light during veg, and alot of reddish spectrum light during flower.
Here are some quick pics i found you. Note that these are similar packs that you'll see at walmart. They look the same just diffrent wattage / Pack sizes.
Here are what the Ge daylight 100's look like (walmart has the 26 watt ones in 2 packs) (these are 13 watt ones but get the 2-packs of 26 watt ones) The packaging is the same. Just this is a 6-pack of 13watt ones. (the blueish 6500k spectrum ones)
Sam's Club - GE Daylight 13 Compact Florescent - 3 - 2pks
Here are what the Ge soft white 100's look like (walmart sells them in 2 and 3 packs) ( 2700k reddish spectrum bulbs)The packaging is the same exept there in 2 or 3 packs at walmart.

No problem , I researched cfl's for a couple months before I started growing indoors. Ive just recently joined these forums but have been reading for a long time and am working on my first grow in about 8 years. You should stop by my thread and tell me what you think im a lil rusty at growing but im slowly getting my skills back , indoor growing is alot diffrent then outdoor growing and things changed alot in those 8 years.

Notice in my pics how the "daylight 100" cfls keep my plants node length close together and how there stems dont really strech at all.

You know I have heard so many times that those kind of reflectors just eat up light, but I see so many people on this site that use them. . .
