pix need some advice
so this guy is hopefully going to get big pretty soon, he is about six inches, it sprouted about 3-4 weeks im concerned with a few things although, i noticed the bottom of the main stem is kinda smaller then the rest. so what i did was leaned it agains a stick and threw some more dirt over it for support, if someone has any ideas why im open for an opion. im also hoping if anyone could identify if it is a sativa or indgo plant, i am going to try and get more photos of the surroundings, lighting and the smaller plants. thanks for looking!

GET a fan blowing gently on the plants. That will make the stems become thicker and stronger. Look awfully spindly also, how far away are the lights, and what kinds of lights are they under ?

Your plant is so streched out probally because the lighting your using . You say your using a 100watt light bulb so im suspecting it is just a plain jane house incadecent, and im also suspecting the 150watt is one of those crappy incadecent grow bulbs. Your plants are strechy because the lighting isnt at the right spectrum (kelvins) and your plants are streching to try and seek out better sources of light. You need to upgrade your lighting.
You can get a 2-pack of 26 watt CFL (compact florecent) bulbs at walmart for like $6.50 Get bulbs that are in the 6500k range (walmarts "GE brand" 6500k Cfl bulbs say "daylight" on the package) , a extension cord for like $1.50 , and a 2 way socket adapter for like $1.50 , and you can get to socket plugs for about $1.25 each (a socket plug is basically a light socket that you can plug into a wall outlet). All of that is availible in the lighting section of walmart. Like $12 bucks total that should allow you to vegg the plant well.
As for Hps bulbs your going to need a ballast they dont work in normal light sockets , if you choose to use one. And you plant looks indica dominant to me.

At walmart you can get the reddish spectrum cfl's (2700k spectrum) for flowering. They go by the name "ge" soft white , the "ge" soft white 100's (26 watt each) come in 2-packs for around $6.50 , or you can get the bigger "ge" soft white 150's (45 watts each) for around 8.50 but thats for a single bulb.
I would recommend getting the 26-watt 2-packs its a little cheaper and you get more lumens out of two 26 watt bulbs. For flowering one plant I would say four of the "GE Soft White 100" (reddish 2700k spectrum)26 watt cfl's , and two of the "GE 26 watt Daylight cfls" (Blueish 6500k spectrum) should work out nicely. You wont get as much bud as you would with HPS flowering with Cfl's but there are many growers who make nice harvest with Cfl's. And its cheap for a beginner.
Also walmart gots light timers for like $5 , which you'll need for the 12/12 flowering cycle.
