Unless you have joint pain, the pain you feel from lifting is a GOOD pain, it means your doing it right. That pain is in your muscles, don't worry, they'll come back stronger than ever later. Sometimes I just have to sit back and realize that weed effects people in different ways. Some people it doesn't really change their overall personality that much, they just like gettin' high. Some people it makes them DUMBASSES.
