    Yer an idiot, you know nothing of actual nutrition or what benefits smoking weed may have. I love all you delusional smokers that thinks it ACTUALLY helps you do anything. You get stoned, you get hungry, you listen to music. Yes it can inspire creativity, yes it can be used legitimatley for cancer and very very very sick people who are on meds that make them not hungry. But c'mon, are you fucking serious, it cannot be beneficial IN the weight room. Weed is not beneficial for any other purpose than getting high 99% of the time. It IS a fact though that weed makes you high, and when your high sometimes we all do something that is stupid no matter how much of a veteran toker you are. When your spotting someone putting up a lot of weight or you yourself are putting up a lot of weight than you should not be stoned. There is no place for getting high in or before the weightroom.

    You don't have an argument either, only your warped little mind thinks it can help, try it without, you'll be able to lift harder, trust me.

    Well dude, I'd like you to say that to legit med users with something other than cancer. Weed can help IN the weight room. Let's say someone has depression and doesn't want to work out, they smoke a joint of a powerful sativa and they have the motivation to work out and they feel energized. And no that's not just some dumb scenario I pulled out of my ass.

    Iv never smoked weed that made me motivated....uppy and kinda energetic but not motivated.

    I have to agree...it has its use but its not a good idea to do allot of things high...people are so biased about pot on here which I try not to be.

    It is not a cure all and there are many things that it will make worse...I wish it was a cure all but its just not.

    I lift 3-4 days a week its crazy because I've seen results.

    Weed and the gym do mix crazy

    Why?

    BEcause I won't smoke before I go, so when I return home from kicking my ass for 1-1.5 hours the pores in my lungs are wideeee open
