Is pot deductible on taxes?
I am a medical patient so I would guess so....it fits all the criteria and I spent an awful lot so that really helped my taxes.

Well I dont have any....but its not even close to the average amount most people in my bracket deduct for medical so I dont think it will casue any problems.

Yea for sure. You can't work and pay taxes if you aren't getting your medication necessary. I'd argue that it is.
