Id buy myself an exotic animal, like an ostrich or an emu.

lol that's awesome.
But get an emu, they're less likely to kill you with a swift kick.

I'd pay off my house, fix it up like I've been trying to for years, and breathe a huge sigh of relief that I don't have to try and scrape together $1200 a month in mortgage payments any more. And oh yeah... spend more time in the garden, lol
