Your obviously one that uses it in a stupid manner. I smoke in my house, never have i ever been paraniod or anything, why??? Well im in my own damn house smoking. YOU tell me how i will get in trouble by me smoking in my house???????????? Just one example and i will agree we should try everything we can to make it legal lol. I could care less if its legal, it will never stop me from smoking.
