lol you really think i care if you agree??? 98% on here wont agree with me. As a responsible smoker ive never had troubles with it bein illegal. If you read my first post in this thread i said that i just wish you guys would open your eyes or quit smokin for a day since some of you guys get cloudy, and relize it will NEVER be legal in the United States in OUR LIFE TIME. I don't care if you think I am right or wrong, but there is nothing wrong with people who have a different opinion on a political issue then you. Just because you apparently want to keep it illegal doesn't mean that people who don't are stupid or wrong. They are simply more politically active then you, and want to try to impact their world in a positive way rather then just coasting through life and not really doing or standing for anything.

Oh, and legalization will happen in my lifetime. Maybe not yours, but I'm not that old. It has already happened in multiple US cities, and it was on the CO state-wide ballot last November. It failed, but it was only a 40/60 split in the voting, so we are not very far away from it passing statewide. Denver Votes To Abolish Pot Penalties - NORML

Also, I certainly don't need to open my eyes to anything, as you stated I should. I know it is an uphill battle, and it is not as though I devote my entire life to it, or even a large portion of my time. I am in college, and I maintain grades of only A's or B's, so I certainly don't spend all of my time ranting at people.

And yes there are CITIES where marijuana is legal, come talk to me when a STATE legalizes it. And if your in college your around your teens or 20's so yeah NOT in your lifetime. It was already on one two state ballots, and it was not defeated by a very large percentage. It is not going to take very long before that small percentage is overcome and one state will start it off. Saying it won't happen in the next, lets say, 60 years (I'm a woman, and the women in my family live to be OLD, so I'm being generous and saying I will only be 80 when I die), is just absurd.

I mean, seriously, sixty years and not one state will have legalized? I HIGHLY doubt that, seeing as it has already been on multiple ballots. :wtf:

woah slow your roll son. i never said anything about states legalizing it, i know for sure a few states will legalize it in our lifetime, I SAID the UNITED STATES will never legalize it, go read my post again. I also said come talk to me when there is an entire STATE that legalizes it, then i might lean towards there bein a chance.......untill then no way.

i have seen and heard of a few parents giving young kinds (under 5) beer why doesn't the media blow that up... just because one person who drinks does something fucked up doesn't mean every one else who drinks will... i dont under stand why they dont apply that concept to pot...

I actually know the guy, hes in tarrant county jail and this took place in watuga i myself think it sends the wrong message to the public, i believe what he did was wrong and he also stated he did it cause he was high himself, hes an idiot and blamed marijuana for his stupid choice
