HELP: problem with water loading!! URGENT
I have a drug test in like 4 hours and have been smoking pretty much daily the whole month. Its been about 36 hours now since ive smoked (wouldve been longer but...oh well). anyway i was planning on drinking about 2 liters of green tea and then some cranberry juice as well as taking the 4 aspirin. the problem is after drinking my first 1/2 liter of green tea i threw up all the liquid! now i have shakes and and cold and my teeth are chattering. should i just drink slower to keep it down or what? any suggestions?
also i think the reason i got nauseous was that last time at my drug test i hadnt drank nearly anything, didnt pee for three hours and spent the entire three hours at the water fountain. i drank so much water i felt nauseous for hours after that, so idk.e.m.i.l.y.
