Another drowt in scotland? i just saw on the news that a "cannabis factory", as the anchorman called it, was raided, over 1000 plants in various stages of growth were siezed, they say this is like the 37th house thats been raided throughout various places in scotland... could we be looking at another major drowt up here? time will tell.
