I was reading this book "Joint Rollers Handbook" and it said that there is soemthing called "Genuine Resin Oil" that is smeared across rolling paper or on bud and is very hard to come by. It also says that in the Netherlands that the relaxed drug policy dosent extend to this substance ( but why? assuming its just cannabis based). So what is it? :) Rating: 5
