Haha, nope, most of the professors at my school don't like giving midterms. Some departments require them... most don't.

Get off the internet and study.

yea thats the way my high school was... it was pretty sweet, but it left me completely unprepared for college

I went to a Prep School. Basically that means it is your typical, decent high school... with a big ego. They didn't prepare me for shit. I remember seeing things on the math portion of the ACT I had never seen in my life.

My school didn't really prepare me for anything.

i went to a technical high school, so it was great, they hooked me up with a sweet tech support job with a health care publishing company in my home town, i got to work there every other week instead of going to classes (i still work there to this day) and they got me certified in in information systems. But there was absolutely NO college prep

Im from the nickle and dime public schools.

Most college prep I had in high school was learning to do a kegstand.

I just got back a shitty midterm mark from a few weeks ago I don't know what happened because I did study. I hate in class midterms, I'd usually rather have an essay.

So in short, I totally share your pain :thumbsup:

my highschool gives midterms, but they do some fuckin retarded shit like count it for 30% of ur 3rd quarter grade or some bullshit, but finals are stil 1/9 of the grade, i dont get it. but yea idk ive never studied for midterms or any shit, but thats just me
