yeah i'm confused dude... cuz if you get high smoking other ways it's not like a paper should or even could effect that... gotta be either shitty weed or user error... well possibly a placebo effect (they can work both ways) if you were really convinced it wasnt' gonna get you high in the first place...

or... perhaps, maybe you were smoking with alot of people... a normal (cig sized around) joint, can get two people good and high... but the more people you add to the rotation, the more it takes away from the first two's high...
