I honestly don't get the 'whole inhale wrong' thing. I'm going to assume you've been breathing you're whole life.. and if you can breathe you know how to inhale properly and thats it. Oh no you're dying did you forget to inhale after you exhaled? You are born with the ability to inhale so how the hell can you do it wrong?
This 'not inhaling properly' is just bullshit just stop, it sounds so dumb when you say that.
