Hey if your smoking two joints and feeling nothing maybe your tolerance is fucked, take a break! Walk the dog, teach a kid to fish! Maybe even explore a library, after a week or two then hit that fucking joint and see if it gets you? If not then there is a problem with either the rolling technique or your smoking oregano. The medium is not so important as the substance.

Please stop spreading false information. All holding a hit in for 25-50 seconds will do is deprive you of oxygen, creating a placebo effect of getting higher.

A study done by a group of doctors in Canada at Dalhousie University, concluded that more than 90% of the THC is absorbed into the lungs within the first seconds of inhalation. Another study confirms this, but they put their number at 95% absorption. The 5-15% of THC that isn't absorbed is due to THC loss in trace smoke, or smoke that never enters the lungs.

I honestly don't get the 'whole inhale wrong' thing. I'm going to assume you've been breathing you're whole life.. and if you can breathe you know how to inhale properly and thats it. Oh no you're dying did you forget to inhale after you exhaled? You are born with the ability to inhale so how the hell can you do it wrong?

well maybe if you read this kids post right you would see that he is smoking herb and not hash... have fun holding in your hits for 25-50 seconds while im getting just as baked and not being out of breath after a hit!

The difference:

Proper inhaling: Your shoulder raise slightly, your chest pushes out. It can enter your lungs.

Improperly: You just suck in air, and don't let it enter as deeply. Thus, the smoke can't get to your lungs. :jointsmile:
