Planning smaller sog type grow
Hey all, for my second grow I am planning a small sea of green type grow with 4 or 5 small kush plants in my cab. The cabs got about 44 inches of height, 27 inches of width and 25 inches of depth. The grow will start with some kush cuttings, any recommendations on pot size? Sqaure shaped pots for space. They will veg for around 2 weeks under a 250w MH and then flower under a 400w hps, all temps are controlled and there is a 250cfm exhaust and a passive intake. So my main questions are:
Is training necessary for SOG grows?
what size pots are recommended for a sog grow?
Are 4-5 plants enough?
Any input is greatly appreciated as always. Cheers :rastasmoke:Have a Cigar Reviewed by Have a Cigar on . starting from clipping gives you an even canopy with little work. I would tie my plants down to maximize the canopy size if they do not fill the lights footprint or your cab. I do not tie mine down cuz i have enough to fill the grow area. Pots, 2 gal would b e good thats what i use for about the same lifespan.

Planning smaller sog type grow
I'm pretty sure ill be tying mine down; however, I have two plants ending their flowering cycle in the cab right now and the tallest of the two is around or over 3 feet tall. I plan to get plants with bushier genetics and flower them for less time. Im using 3 gallon pots and the plants stretched a bit too much so ill take your advice on the 2 gallon, much appreciated.
