I enjoy a smoke before the gym I usually will run and after I'm done running I'm incredably high from it, only thing is its hard to do.

I found when lifting weights I couldn't feel my muscles burn as much and therefore could do quite a few more reps than normal. The only neg thing was I started to get a bit light headed and a little dizzy. I plan on smoking balf a joint before I go to the gym and smoke the other half when I finished working out... Nothing is more relaxing than a smoke, work out, shower and lighting up again after. Who Rating: 5
