high12 Reviewed by high12 on . Transparent Rolling Papers got a pack of these today, totally see-through they are like cellophane wrapping, but are made from 100% plant cellulose. it just dont seem right smoking somthing that looks like plastic, but it smokes ok.. Rating: 5
