This plant doesnt look healthy? What can i do?

Ok, I have not used fertilizer and indications suggest having too much nitrogen in my soil...dark green leaves and leaves curling upwards. Take a look at my pics, could any1 tell me what I can do to improve them? Do they need flushing?
    Thanks

This plant doesnt look healthy? What can i do?

ok sorry, this is the first time i ve grown. i am using 2x20w fluorescent bulbs, plants 3 inches from the bulbs, the soil is organic but im am trying to find out the specifics today. i got the feeling the temperature was too high or my area is not venhilated enough, i dont have a themometer, but i gave the plants more air by opening a flap in my grow area.hopefully this should lower the temperature too. My friend grows using the same soil and lighting ect but he has a slightly larger area to grow in with better ventilhation which is why i now think it was the temperature or ventilhation. also thinking of adding Coz using a yeast solution, is this a good idea?

get a ph tester for your soil, see what the Ph level is. maybe give it some nutes move the lights away a little and see what happens, if you closet is very small u'll need some ventilation or if only one plant just get a small fan and get the air moving a little. If youre misting the plant, dont for a while let it just grow.

Check this out... http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-faqs...mping-off.html ...just a thought, however it appears that whatever it is, only the first set of fan leaves are affected...with only 2 fluorescents your temps should not be too high...

I have had similar looking problems before and they have always recovered, I would just keep an eye on them, don't water them till the soil dries out, keep an eye on the new growth, if it looks healthy you're good, (the affected leaves may get worse, and dry out).

    Good luck!

It really sounds like a lack of ventilation and airflow.
Damping-off is a fungus that is likely to hit seedlings even younger than that, and you would KNOW if you had it, the stem gets thin, darkens, and the seedling just falls over, that's it, there's no cure. Luckily what you are showing is not typical of a wilt disease!
    So yeah, get a fan.
