Huge Tree Grow?
If you had 20ft ceilings in a 15x10ft room, do you think you could do a huge DWC grow with 4 plants and use garbage bins as the buckets? You could get 2x4s and make a grid up by the roof to hang lights/tie up plants from. I was thinking that if you put a huge (reallly big) air pump in the center and ran 4 lines, 1 to each tub, you could probably oxygenate them all. Then just hang 2 1000w up there and then have 4 600W in each corner of the room. I wonder, what kinda of yeild you would get off of a 15 ft tall plant?

That's not the most efficient use of light indoors... trees are best grown with sunlight.

Be better off running two 60" dual bulb cooltubes with four 1000 watters up the middle vertically. A 15ft plant with a 1000 watter over it would be what I call the iceberg affect. You can prolly figure it out. If you grow four 15 footers I wanna see the thread!! Peace

Huge Tree Grow?
I was just wondering... Maybe someday I will go up to alaska and transplant a 5' tall plant that was in veg right after first frost then have the sun going 24/7 or however long the 24/7 sunlight lasts up there.

I've always wanted to do that...veg a plant to about 3 or 4 feet tall inside, maybe 5' and then transplant to outside in the early spring. That would be one MONSTER plant if cared for correctly.
Would make for some badass pics, too. I wonder if the branches would be able to even hold the weight. It'd probably have to be staked and stuff. I've seen a few big ones out there, but most of those logs die out and we never see the end: a fully flowered monster 10' - 15'.
If you do it...please post it.

So how about this, when I am going to the University of Amsterdam*, I will go to the soulseeds HQ and develop my own autoflowering strain that will work in Alaska ok?
*I need to raise $10,000 more in 2 1/2 years to pay for all my expenses if I want to go. I would rather get a great education in Macro Economics then graduate in Finance@ University of Amsterdam than go to Arizona State University and get a business degree and a graduate in Finance...
