If his explaination or remedy (ie, he'll give you what you paid for, regardless of his mistake) is not satisfactory, then the only option is to feed him his own arm

So he comes to drop it off under this lampost that he drops it off under .... he does this but doesn't tell me. He leaves a message on my phone, but my answering machine doesn't work. He then calls me and says " dude, i dropped off your shit in a metal tin under the lampost "... i come and look where he dropped it off, nothings there.
