Ok for anyone interested I started a league on Yahoo. Its all free unless you want to pay for the plus upgrades. Anyways, max players are 12 and will be doing a live draft March 25, 2007 at 11:00 am EDT . If you want to play but can not make the draft you are able to preselect ahead of time.
