Ok first of all i have never smoked weed in my life before this experience. I have ate it once in a brownie and a couple hours after i ate the brownie all of the sudden i felt like i couldnt breathe and my heart was racing, i took some controlled deep breaths and it went away in about 10 minutes. So anyway, about a week ago i thought i would try smoking weed. this was my first time and from what i understand it was some pretty strong stuff. i took about 2 or 3 hits of it and was feeling pretty good. then about 15 minutes later out of nowhere it felt like i couldnt breathe at all life someone was choking me, and my heart started beating really fast. i sat down and calmed myself down it , then i started feeling like i was going to throw up but i was just dry heaving. i felt exremely paranoid the whole nite and kept thinking i was dieing. the next day i woke up and felt like i had a really bad hangover and i was cold all day and still felt like i couldnt breathe right, my heart would race from time to time for no reason and it would feel as if i couldnt breathe. after dealing with these symptoms and being depressed for a couple days, i went to the ER and they ran x-rays on me and blood tests and hooked me up to a EKG and everything was normal. now everytime i work out i feel my heart pounding uncontrollably and feel shortness of breath. has anyone ever felt like this before? any input would be very much appreciated
