Error in the The Winner tv show.

I was watching this show on fox called the winner. Anyways, this show takes place in 1994 and when the main character was at a video store, there was a gamecube box! Gamecube did not come out til 2001. I know i sound like a nerd but i just thought it was wierd that no one on the set thought anyone would notice.
