hey man i wasn't starting a console war. infact i wasnt arguing which console was better. i was saying that games are a personal preference, whilst the sales of a console are undisputed.

Its absolutely brilliant. then the lights turned off. i had t slow it down so the lights where just glowing so i could see it wasnt super imposed.

i cant wait personally. have you seen the limited edition pack. its only like a tenner more and you get a cool lock up box, art work adn a duffle bag. shit hot.

New Trailer is up on the GTA IV website. The game looks way different in this trailer than in the previous ones, not sure if it's better or not yet, but you can definitely tell they messed around with the graphics quite a bit, especially with the npcs.

nah they havent messed around with the graphics, its just there running things real time in this demo, with everything running, weather, physics, npc's, vehicles. not just the city and a few people in an enclosed area. This demo is a true reflection of what the game will look like.
The only think that is gonna worry me is going to be wether the frame rate drops when things get hetic.
It does look lush though, the water looks wikid.

The explosions and weapons look NICE! I just hope they are the ones in the real game. I might bother getting a PS3 earlier than i had anticipated.

/\/\/\/\ you had better believe it lip, guns, explosions, bikes, cars and women. what more could you want.

it might be worth waiting to see which system fares better due to multi format release.

not getting into any console debate

but assasins creed had less bugs on 360 than ps3. so it would stand to reason a huge sandbox game like gta might fair better from the presedent already set.

but if your a sony man than you aint gonna care.

also there will be downloadable content for both systems, but 360 will get it earlier as per the deal with rockstar.

both content packs will be different, but it is likely that ultimately they will both be realesed for both format.

they are said to be like extra islands on the gta map and contain around 10 - 15 hours extra gameplay.

so thats all good, if its anything like gta 3 your looking at around 30 - 40 hours for story driven gameplay and anything upto 100+ for all side quests and shagging.
