yeah actually it was about some dude saying how can they make a game that is about crime and set it in the least crime happening city in america :S lol fucking jackass.

see they dont realise that gta 3 was actually based on new york too but include a couple of landmarks and they have an excuse to bitch...

Is it just me or should GTA 3 have been released AFTER VC?

Coz VC was set before GTA 3, not to mention the slight fuck ups - like phil blowing his arm off in VC, but it was alraedy blown off in GTA 3.

see gta 3 was set in like 90s crossing over into 2000s and vice city was set in the 80s (San Andreas was set in 90s by the way ) so phil gets his arm blown off in the 80s (vice city) and than helps you out (armless) in the 2000ish (gta3)

verdict: NO CONSPIRACY!

i like the diffrent characters.... it'd get kinda stupid if it was teh same person over and over... the games themselves happen at diffrent times, in diffrent parts of the world.

i like the completely diffrent storylines and shit lol....

besides, for tommy vercetti to of been in SA he'd have to be like 40-60 years old lol... vice city was in the 80's after he spent years in prison for the mob...

thats a good point about tommy's age. anyways, this game looks tight as hell I hope everyone is right about being able to visit all the cities LC is also by far my favorite city which is why i liked LC stories so much

edit: I was unsure if they would even be able to make another one after all that money they lost on hot coffee

i hope the fist fighting will be better as its always been pretty pathetic, it would be cool it if was similer fighting to cce(bully) at least the punches connected properly in that.

its a pitty the rockstar website hasn't really got any info about the game, apart from the release date.

It should be an amazing game considering they've got around 150 game developers working on it.

I use to run 'www.gtasamasters.com' and I went by the name FreshRollyG, gathering information prior to San Andreas' release.

I use to recieve packages from Rockstar Games HQ in New York and was in their webring, use to also email sam houser a few times - brief might I add.

Anyways, yea... I believe that indeed IS Liberty City, and HE IS a main character of a sort... Before the release of this teaser trailer, it was confirmed that the game will support LIVE and online mission packs etc. and extras.

So possibly you can download NEW episodes (storylines will different characters) and extra maps to travel to to enhance your free roaming world?

Who knows, but all I know is I need a PS3 or Xbox360

hahaha yeh i always think i've grown out of the whole computer game thing but whenever a new gta is released i always think to myself ..... shit i need to get that as soon as its released.

apart from lc stories and vc stories (doesn't really count as a new gta, there more like side games to keeps us waiting).

just looking through the release dates of all the gta games and they've all been released in october(apart from gta london)just thought id share.

also another reason why this game should be incredible is because its gta's 10 year anniversary since the release of the first ever gta
