Ronnieboy, I've been trying to pm you and can't seem to do so. Nevertheless I'm very interested in the concept of bog weed as bog is in abundance down my manor. Please get back to me if you so wish, I'm all ears.

Any one know how to grow outside in ireland

hi all, i'm new to the site. i've read many of the posts about outdoor grows in ireland but lets face it, nearly every outdoor grow is site specific. i've a few questions about this and would be very appreciative if ye could help me out. Thanks in advance dudes!

So basically i'm not living in ideal conditions for an indoor grow...the folks might sniff me out if ive 4 plants growing in me room :weedpoke:

i'm fairly confident about germinating and propagating the seeds until they're a suitable size to plant outdoors. it's the niggly bits and perhaps lack of tlc with the plants once they've been planted outdoors thats worrying me. so here it goes; say i got some hardy auto-flowering seeds, began germinating them in late feb.,grew them on until late march - early april until the soil gets a bit warmer, literally cleared off a site in a near-by forestry and planted the young plants here and checked them every 2 weeks or so and waited for the moment of truth, el harvesto.

firstly, i dont have any growing lights. would this be a problem for growing-on seedlings to 12"?
do you have any reccomendations for an auto-flowering variety of seed?
what are the chances of a successful grow?
what would the harvest be like considering the shorter growing period with the auto-flowering varieties?
what pests would be a problem?
would nutes need to be added?
have any of ye ever used auto-flowering seeds? potent smoke?

cant think if i've any more questions guys...im sure i do. just cant remember. i suppose i'm after asking enough, cant be too greedy with my first post eh!

eager to see what answers i get. peace dudes! :hippy:

dig a hole first to see what the water level/retention is like. And check the ph. probably low and you would have to start liming now.

grow lights = cfls= look up micros cabs

autos = have alook at kannabia, mdanzig, short stuff seeds. Would recomend growing out non autos though, female seeds easy sativa or purple maroc are grand and fem.

    nutes/pests= read up

dont plant out till last frost and find a plot that gets great sun

Would these really work to start to start them off? I want thinking of investing in one of the indoor gardens-grow your own herbs in the winter, such as the Garland Indoor Grow Garden, becuase it is full spectrum. Have you had good experience with with the cfl? I have tried growing a few times and it has been a disaster. I need it to work this time. :-)

Will do so when it gets a bit drier. And I'm pretty the ph is down there with H2SO4! Seen galvanised steel road barriers rust away like weetaix after a few years in there.
