^Are you sure about that? I was reading on a trucking forum that if you fail a drug test they put it on some other record that follows you like a credit report. I forget what it is called, and being a trucker I probably should know about this report, but it basically is a history of your work other trucking companies can check out, and failing a drug test is supposed to be a good way to screw up that report.

Also, if both the company you are applying for, and the one you failed a drug test for use the same testing company, wouldn't the new company find out that way?

On the applications I have it asks if I have tested positive on previous drug tests. If you say no when the answer is yes, can they find out your lying?
