Dude. Of course they did. They're Pink fucking Floyd. They constantly had booze, weed, and acid all on hand, or in hand if you prefer. They were the Cottonmouth Kings of the '60s and '70s.

Roger hardly did anything, he just stood there, played the bass. The real brains of the group was Syd Barret. He was replaced by David Guilmour a little after Dave joined the band. Syd had to leave due to his drug problems. After the main writer left, Roger bassically took over, he done good
