How do you get trichomes off your fingers?

I was breaking up some bud with my fingers earlier because I couldn't find my scissors and I don't have a ginder. Anyway, both my index fingers and thumbs were covered in trichomes and I couldn't get it all off. I tried my best but damn, they're really sticky.

I had to wash my hands and lose a lot of trichomes.

So how can I get them off my fingers and still use them?

rub your fingers together until it forms a small ball, then smoke it. it's called "hash"

its not like a big loss or anything, just lick your fingers and get on to smoking
if your really worried about it, scrape them off with a knife or something, dont cut yourself though
