Hmm, having a doctor who twice forgot something as simple as a penicillin allergy--that's one they normally note down real big in your chart--and then learning he is a Tamil Tiger would likely drive me to another doctor. Does he speak with a heavy Sri Lankan accent? He was wise not to prescribe aspirin for that shin bump. I won't fault him on that particular advice. That's normally how bumps like that are treated: Panadol, ice, rest/elevation of limb, and sometimes compression.birdgirl73 Reviewed by birdgirl73 on .
