Vitamin C, Orangeman, and lots of fluids and rest. If you've already had the flu for three days, it's too late to take one of the anti-viral drugs that helps shorten the duration/lessen the severity of viral illnesses, and of course you'd have to get that prescribed from a doctor anyway. Be on the lookout for secondary infections that linger on. Stay home till you stop running fever so you're not contagious to others, particularly old folks and babies, who're more susceptible than others. The flu lasts for 10 days to two weeks in most folks, I'm afraid.

Next year, get a flu vaccination to prevent flu! It won't stop all strains of it, but it'll help prevent many of them. They're inexpensive and worth it. If you're school age, you're at risk because you're around so many kids all day long.

Feel better, my sweet baby!
