I was just smoking and brainstorming, I have come to a conclusion I present myself very differently on here than I do real life. In real life, I am a vey shy person who doesn't say a whole lot at first. I'm more of an observer. I laugh when a joke is told, and I listen, but all in all, I am pretty quiet and laid back.

On here, I find I can say a whole lot more than what's on my mind. I figure there is a much wider range of personalities to talk with on here. I can be serious, or I can bullshit about nothing.

My friends aren't like this though. They aren't deep thinkers, and when I do bring up some thoughts, they don't follow, so I don't bother anymore.

So are you potrayed the same personality on here compared to real life?

though i attempt to be a bit more outspoken here i find myself falling into my real world patterns. like most people i have several different personalities that i use, depending on who i'm dealing with. i have one for business, one for friends, one for strangers, one for family and probably a few others that i'm not really aware of. i think that all of those different aspects are starting to meld together into a single online personality.

I'm quieter in real life and don't say nearly as much as I tend to write here. Most people in real life think of me as fairly shy. I'm also funnier in real life because you can see my facial expressions and my eyes. I have been known to express rather wicked, humorous thoughts when they occur to me. In real life, too, I rarely find myself in a position to moderate anything.

In real life, it's not that I'm shy, it's that I focus on the friends I have (like 2?, the real friends at least, which will be 0 in a week :X), and everyone else can just fuck off. I'm not mean to anyone, but sitting in the corner of the class listening to these weirdo's conversations while listening to Godspeed You! Black Emperor and wondering how someone in Junior year in highschool doesn't know something like 8x6 frustrates me for some reason. But from everyone elses prespective I'm anti-social and spend way too much time thinking about life.

im similar in that way... also i talk a lot less on here than i do in person... but otherwise basically the same... humorous because the way i talk is like extremely civilized mixed with extremely ghetto/bad grammar(not sure if that shit'll make sense ta any of u but idk)... just like real life

I'm very shy in the real world! very shy..I don't say much unless I know the person, and I almost completely shut down verbally in big groups it sucks!

On here I still don't say too much. But I feel way more relaxed here..I'm proably borderline anti-social lol
