yeah that statement always makes me laugh... it's no stronger then it was in the 70's...

the only thing that could make you think that, is over time, growers have experimented with strains and what not and made more high power strains.... but that's about it... just more to choose from, it isn't any stronger.. and there are reports to prove that.
