Moistening Dry Bud?
My brother got some bud that is too dry and burns super fast. He wants to know how to get some moisture back into it. I told him to put it in a glass jar with an orange peel or two and leave it in a dark damp place. He told me "We don't have any glass jars." I wouldn't think it would be to difficult to procure one but whatever. Do any of you know of a different method that doesn't include a glass jar? Thanks in advance for any replies since I'm going to work shortly, peace.

^^Bingo!
It doesn't need to be in a glass jar. Airtight jars aren't good for sealing up and putting moist things in, as that causes mold. You want some air circulation so mold isn't a risk.
I prefer to use slices of raw potato. I find using orange peels or apple peels alters the taste of the weed. Using potato slices doesn't alter the taste at all and keeps it natural smelling, and tasting.
So just in a baggie, for about 6-8 hours, and it should be moist, and don't let the peels or whatever you choose to use touch the buds.

Thanks for the help! I've always used a glass jar and I've never had a problem with mold.

I'm not saying mold will happen, but it is still a risk.
The recipe for mold is moisture + no air + darkness=mold, so just keep that in mind because it can happen.

Dry weed doesn't lose any THC. :wtf: The only way to lose THC is to expose it to constent light or extreme heat.
