I need to publicly apologize to one or two members. I know i kinda called you out and i think thats not right. I agree with you on the whole rap thing and i just took it way out of context. I know its bad for you but i just thought some of the words chosen to discourage his stupidity was harsh.I hope we can put it behind us. I hope the right person reads this thank you for the soap box everyone.

it's fine by me, misunderstandings happen all the time... between not being able to see tone online, misreading words, or being stoned and not quite understanding...

just as long as you're aware, there was reasons for it, not just a bunch of vets trying to be stuck up snobs think they're better...

I agree with the member stuff. There's a reason I've been sticking to sexuality and politics (even though I still rarely post)...it just seems like the same few threads get cycled around under different names...

About new members, I remember when I was new and caused problems. Someone, I don't remember who, put me in my place very quick...and I grew to be at about 3000 posts (P.E.N.G.U.I.N. had almost 2000) and I guess a decent enough member...and I get really angry when new members come around thinking they're God's great golden nuggets or some shit like that and start shit with those of us who have seen the forum's face change over the past couple of years just because they have a + under their names...

The only thing we can do, as old members, is stick together. Act as pseudo-mods...put out fires if they're growing...remind people of the rules...and be kind to people. Fighting gets old quick.

I remember Pinguin......LOL you went through some drama on that one.
