Yea Grasscity is going to be your best bet. Well not necessarily you just have to look around and gauge the prices your self. I've actually just recently stumbled upon a nice little smoke shop where they can actually design a piece to your specifications. The damned-ist thing is the prices are a little more than grsscity so the answer to your question might be in your own city

That site has a lot of low priced nice looking pieces.

yeah if your looking for just a generic, pyrex, cheap bland bong then grasscity. edit has some pimp stuff but nothing is cheap on edit it seems...
