Moving Plants?

I was wondering if the moving of my plants from the closet to the window and then back to the artificial light in the afternoon when it gets dark, Will this stress the plant and will it stunt the growth?imp:

no, it should be alright as long as you keep the same lights on/off period. Its good for a plant to have some natural sun light every now and then
