best way to care for mothers...?

i have a 400 watt hps lamp with a 4x4 ebb/flow tray.. im going to have about 12 mothers that will be 6 different strains (2 of each).. can i put them all in the same tray and give htem the same nutes? and for the nutes im using gh 3 part system.. do i give them the week1 veg nutes or the week 4 veg nutes for the rest of the time they are mothers? i want to get about 15 clones from each plant so thats how big im goin to need to grow them? is the mh 4x4 system goin to be enough?

i know its confusing but to sum up my question its::

What kind of nutes do i feed my mothers and what is the best system to use if not my 400 watt to hold 12 mothers that i want to be big enough to take 15 clones from each at any time.. i heard you can use floro lights for mothers what kind of floro's do i use? i know theres a lot of questions but if anyone knows any of them help me out

ok slow down....you will get more veg. growth under "cfl's"(compact flourescent light's) one of the best is a "T-5" or a "M.H." (metal halide).For your nute's just use whatever your mid term veg. chem. is....mothers are simply older veg. plants....no difference.

also ...topping or L.S.T. is a good way to bush a plant for max veg. growth.

how many cfl's will i need to cover 4x4 space with 13 mother plants that i want to be big enough that i can take 15 clones off each plant at a time?

get a low watt MH or 6-8 4ft floros (minimum)to keep them alive(don't forget the mylar!), you'd need 20-30 cfls to keep that number alive, and a 4x4 space wont be enough for 13 plants (I have 4 barely in that much space), cut your number of plants in half or double the space; you'd be surprised how large and bushy mothers get especially when they've been alive for 6 months or more.

Check this out. The problem won't be making them grow it will be keeping them small and under control. Advanced nutrients has a nutrient calculator on their site and I think their mother feed iws like week 2 of the regular veg feed. 13 mothers is alot, if you follow the link above you should be able to get 30 clones from each mother when needed and still have to take cuttings to throw out.
