when i started i used to hold it that long as well (in my head the longer i held it in the better) then eventually i started smoking alot fo joints/blunts and i started smokin 'em like cigs without thinking about it... then eventually someone pointed it out to me, and i said "well i've been getting just as high" months or maybe even a year later that first thread popped up...

I am from the old school and held hits till I was blue in the face... once I read about it here I tried hitting and immediately exhaling and to my amazement i got fucked up just as well..

times change. Now it's the new school, much like the old school, just... better informed.

Seriously...You may think you're "better" but cut the poor kid some slack Okay, so it is a bit annoying, a lot annoying. But do what I do. "Shut the fuck up, you did not smoke that much" Instead of being like "haha my balls are bigger i inhale longer."As what many have said, it works all the same, and it gets you high.And also..if it annoys you that much, i'd advise you to hang with someone else, less annoying, and "better" at getting high. That away you'll have nothing to bitch about laterAnd Remember dear, there was once a time, when you too were just a "Noob"

dam the past fucking 6 years ive been holding all my hits in for long amounts of time when I could have just been smoking it like cigs... ive done extra damage to my lungs than I should have if weed even damages the lungs. but usually if a so called noob blows out their smoke right away i dont get angry or anything because I was a noob once to and noobs cant always handle a bong hit or what ever so if they blow out a huge cloud of smoke ill just try to inhale what ever is left in the air from what he blew out lol. I love getting noobs high

I too used to hold my hits until I was blue in the face and couldn't hold my breath any longer. It makes naff all difference, the only difference being is the head rush you get from lack of oxygen to the brain. Now im older, wiser I just smoke a joint like a fag. Inhale...exhale, its that easy...:thumbsup:
