as for the stems...they're stems...they look like little green sticks in the middle of the bud...kinda hard to miss, unless its just straight bud with tiny stems or you just grind it all together. If you're vaping your weed it doesn't really matter if you leave the stems/seeds in and grind them up since you're just vaping the thc out and you don't get much of a taste...
