try fighting against the urin screens in whole rather then just his specific case. Jump on the privacy issue and ride it hard. Thats what I would do if I was a lawyer and had a client who made an agreement to complete rehab in order to return. If they had failed to complete rehab.Your better off to have the lawyer go that route because the student broke an agreement so the lawyer can't do shit about them keeping him out, unless he completes the rehab and they say he still can't come back. A lawyer would win in that case
