Most of americans walk around a mile a day, That's the daily exercise and that is just not enought.

To set a balanced daily matabolism, You should be eating the foods recomended on the food pyramid. And you should also be eating break fast.

Why do you think the call it "Break Fast"

Because most americans eat dinner around 8 O'clock, Stay up for a few more hours then get up in the morning and ( Don't eat break fast )

Your suposed to break the fast ( Breakfast). Because you go hours with out food if you don't eat. If you go 15 hours after you go to bed till your next meal. Your body is going to break food down slower. Because you are not giving it the energy ( Food ) to maintain.



America has a seriouse problem....
Fast food's are not the answer.
