If you wish to keep the plant alive first i'd clear up the area around it at least 50cm2 then water it if it you're area is really hot, but if you want a better chance i'd carefully dig around it and transplant it into a pot, you might stress it, but at least you could control the grow better

I sprayed some stuff that I found in my mom's shed. It said it was to increase the yield of tomatos and vegetables. Well 4 days later the plant looks a lot better.
