hallucinating on weed

I'm scared of LSD lol.

Most of the stuff that's been around for the past 30+ years is not carefully made (impurities, etc.), sometimes dangerously so, and is best avoided even if you're not scared.

Hallucinations are possible, and often even better, with other things that are less risky.

Cannabis is a depressant, not a hallucinating substance. LSD and shrooms fall into that catagory but cannabis, no.

I've been smoking 'trip weed' for over 40 years - a good sativa WILL definitely cause you to hallucinate, at least to the extent of heavy visual and aural distortions - if you're not getting effects like that from your sativa, you ain't growin' the right stuff - besides, the THC/CBD ratio is what determines whether it would be considered a 'depressant' or not - :jointsmile:

You have to admit that the effects from THC, no mattter how strong, aren't full-blown hallucinations. I'd rate them about 10%, at best, of the intensity of some other things I've had, and probably even less than 1% compared to some other things that I've not tried.

Of course, smoking extremely large amounts of THC without a break might bring you pretty close to stronger things. I've heard of people in Hash countries smoing ounces nonstop for hours.

Ive heard weed cooked in brownies and stuff can make borderline hallucinations but Ive never had any baked goods. But sometimes when I smoke a lot I space out and almost feel like before you start to peak on shrooms.

most people over look the hallucinations when there high. Smoke a gram of haze to the face and turn the lights off. Tell me that you dont see patterns dancing all over your celing(sp)

But then again, that could be the all the lingering lsd...

well, it happened to me more before, but even now sometimes, when I hit the waterfall, or just when im real blazed, I have blackouts lol

theyre short, sometimes only partial, but its pretty weird

I never halucinate.... but when i smoke everything looks the same but different... know what I mean? I like to call it high vision...

Ive never had a LSD-like trip when I was high but ive had some pretty intense other shit happen.
