Oooh yeah, I forgot that one! I can't stand that either. And I don't like stairs with open risers, like basement steps.

did u feel this evil presence during the sleep paralyisis?
i used to get several times a week last year...nowadays i get it only a few times a month because i'm getting more rest, but when it first happened i did feel an evil presence like demons or some shit were pulling me down on my bed and surrounding me...it was creepy.
i used to be quite superstitious.

were u able to hear your own voice? when i try, i can't tell if any sound was coming out. it's like my self-consciousness and mind gets trapped into the back of my brain.
\"Drugs\" is just a term that separates the culturally accepted substances from the non-accepted.

\"There are no drugs. There are toxins, psychoactive substances, similarly psychedelic substances, disassociatives, tranquilizers, anesthetics, and other things. But an intelligent person who wants to learn things should know that none of these are mutually inclusive or exclusive of the others.\"

dude, that's sleep paralysis as well.
ur just getting it when u wake up, because ur body didn't catch up to ur brain in waking.

    What's your phobia?

I have emetophobia... Actually it caused me some major problems back in junior high/beginning of HS... Some chick puked in front of me and I ended up not being able to be in a room full of kids again till my 3rd year of HS.

Till today I'll go to EXTREME lengths to avoid getting sick myself. I hear emetophobia is actually like the 10th most common phobia... I didnt go through the thread yet so I dont know if I'm alone here or not.
