    am i wrong?

so someone answer me this, why is it that one student in my school get in-school suspension for punching another student in the face but for possesion of the tiniest amount of pot you can be suspended for 92 days (half a school year)

i believe there is something wrong with this situation, if a student physically attacks another student its far less worse than smoking weed, which causes no harm to anyone

just like the seat belt crap, how can they force you to protect yourself?

im moving to another country when im old enough because this one is... idk bad

I dont know, im my school, getting caught with drugs can get you expelled, but I would say because many kids who get in fights will just get suspended cool down, and lay off the kids who got in the fight, with weed, its sooooo "bad" and people think you have a problem, blah blah blah, the gov and schools are against weed and theyd rather have fights on their record than possession

Seat Belts benifit the insurance company's. That's why we "have" to wear them, but I am thankful for mine. Always wear your seat belt.

Sorry you got busted, but don't bring weed to school! You should have known if you got caught you would get in a lot of shit. It may not be fair, but you still knew...

Bring weed to school and you have a higher chance of getting screwed.

    Ah, sucks to be you.

Problem is, you knew better. And that's the bitch of america. You can bitch, cry and whine but they don't give a fuck.

It's illigal to possess weed, even if its a tiny amount, and they can't arrest you but by law if it's on their grounds having it, is enough to fuck your world up.

Next time, leave it at home, that away you won't have to live with the consqences later!

A 92 day suspension?! Are you sure? I haven't heard of that before. Maybe if the person caught refused a urine sample, but just for small posession of cannabis?! DAMN!

Probably so they don't have to scrape your brains off the pavement. It's a simple law that takes 2 seconds to do. Plus if you don't want your skull impacting into itself when you smash through the windsheild, it's better to wear one.
