Just to toss this out there- I am 23 now and I remember when I signed up in kindergarted (honestly, I remember it like it was yesterday), they took our prints. That was around 18 years ago I believe. Of course I didn't think much of it then and still didn't until a few months ago.

And I didn't know that when students or kids had to test, they were visually supervised.

If my kids are doing anything, I will be the one to handle it, not some nubby fucknut with power issues. I also don't let them fingerprint my kids. About twice a year, they send these little Ident A Kits home, for us to give them permission to fingerprint the kids, supposedly for their own safety. BULLSHIT.
